Memory Care

Age in place at The Harbor Court in our year-old secure, memory care floor—Annie’s Place.

Named in memory of a past resident, Annie’s Place offers the most up-to-date care for residents with all types of memory concerns, with a staff trained by the Alzheimer’s Association.

We can’t stop the aging process, but we can make it a little easier for you to care for your aging parents. The Harbor Court offers a continuum of care to allow your loved ones to age in place--in a caring, family-like environment.

Annie was a longtime resident of The Harbor Court, and both her family and the staff at The Harbor Court were saddened when Annie had to move. Annie was an avid gardener, and we hope the seed that we have planted on the sixth floor of The Harbor Court blooms in her honor. Our hope is that with Annie’s Place, all our residents will be able to age in place in the place they call home.
