Who We Are
The Harbor Court is a locally owned assisted living and memory care facility in beautiful Rocky River, Ohio. We offer a variety of private and spacious apartment suites to choose from, and an array of services to give our residents a comfortable lifestyle as they age in place.

It’s a community that offers the company of peers and the security of a caring, dedicated and accommodating staff, 24-hours-a-day. Residents can enjoy their privacy while taking comfort in knowing there is companionship and care nearby.

Local Presence
The Harbor Court has this family-like feel because it was built by the Zapis Family in 1988, and is still owned and operated by them. The Harbor Court is their home and its staff and residents are their family members. The residents’ care and concerns are addressed by the Zapis family daily. Unlike other area facilities that are corporate-owned, our management team can make quick decisions for current and prospective residents without going through many channels to get there. Our staff and management team see each other face-to-face daily, working as advocates for our residents, making best decisions quickly.

Our Mission
The Harbor Court’s mission is to provide the best possible personal care in a comfortable, caring, compassionate and family-like environment, while maintaining the independence, comfort and dignity of the residents. Residents are offered the choice of a variety of supportive and personal care services for their physical and emotional well-being, as well as diverse social activities and events to enhance their independence and sense of community. The Harbor Court staff is personable, respectful and dedicated to serving the needs of the residents and their families. The Harbor Court strives to be the place each resident is proud to call his or her home.
